Definitions

Service: Refers to the MagnificentH Application and Website.

User Roles: Visitors (access and view rights), Creators (same as Visitors plus listing rights).

User Obligations

Content Posting: Users are responsible for posted content and must avoid unlawful material.

Community: MagnificentH is built for Users and by joining, you are part of our community. Make sure everyone feels safe and respected.

What We Don’t Allow: We don’t permit content that is illegal. This includes hate speech or other information aimed at misleading or hurting others. Your User rights and content may be removed if you repeatedly breach the content moderation rules or otherwise violate these Terms of Service.

IP rights: The Service - excluding Content provided by You or other users - and functionality are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

IP rights of Service users: The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries of Users. For images uploaded via APIs etc the license is stated on each image and/or profile of the contributing partner.

Legal Compliance

Governing Law: Swedish law applies, unless otherwise applicable by means of international law. Intellectual Property: Users retain rights to their content but grant the Company usage rights.

Changes to Terms

The Company may revise Terms with 30 days’ notice for material changes. Continued use implies acceptance.

By continuing to access or use the Service, You agree to be bound by the terms. If You do not agree to the terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Application or Website and the Service.
