The Powerhouse Arts Brooklyn Fine Art Print Fair 2026 returned to Brooklyn at the campus in Gowanus. Now in its second edition, the fair has quickly established itself as Brooklyn’s first major art fair dedicated exclusively to fine-art printmaking. Organized by Powerhouse Arts, the event brings together more than sixty print-focused galleries, publishers, self-representing artists, and academic printmaking departments from across the United States. By concentrating exclusively on prints, the fair highlights the diversity of contemporary printmaking—from traditional etching, lithography, and woodcut techniques to innovative digital and mixed-media processes—while fostering connections among artists, collectors, educators, and the broader public. Beyond its exhibition booths, the 2026 fair offered an ambitious public program of artist live demonstrations, film screenings, and workshops designed to make printmaking accessible to audiences of all experience levels. Special events feature prominent artists, master printers, and scholars discussing the evolving role of prints in contemporary art. The fair also coincides with the National MGC Community Print Studio Exhibition, a juried showcase celebrating excellence in contemporary printmaking. Held within the award-winning industrial spaces of Powerhouse Arts, the fair reflects Brooklyn’s longstanding tradition of artistic production.
