The Archivists Gallery - Reliance Wharf
The Archivist's Gallery, located at Unit V, Reliance Wharf on Hertford Road in Haggerston, East London, is a distinctive combined gallery and events space situated directly alongside Regent's Canal. In 2017, the gallery continued to build its reputation as a versatile cultural venue, presenting exhibitions that combined visual art, illustration, photography, design, and popular culture. Its distinctive waterside setting and industrial architecture provided an intimate backdrop for emerging and established artists alike, reflecting the growing importance of alternative gallery spaces in London’s creative landscape. Spanning around 900 square feet with a private entrance and versatile layout options, the gallery is committed to delivering excellent art to diverse audiences, with a programme ranging across visual art, photography, illustration, and graphic design — featuring both London's up-and-coming artists and established talents from around the world. Past exhibitions have featured notable names, including Mick Rock and Storm Thorgerson, cementing its reputation as one of East London's most characterful independent gallery spaces.
