The AIPAD Photography Show - the 34th edition

The AIPAD Photography Show New York 2014 — the 34th edition of the world's longest-running and foremost exhibition dedicated to the photographic medium — was held at the Park Avenue Armory, presented by the Association of International Photography Art Dealers (AIPAD). More than 80 of the world's leading fine art photography galleries presented a wide range of museum-quality work, including contemporary, modern, and 19th-century photographs, as well as photo-based art, video, and new media. The show opened with a gala evening on April 9, 2014, benefiting Her Justice, formerly known as inMotion, an organization that provides free legal services to low-income women. Galleries arrived from across the globe, with new exhibitors that year including Feroz Galerie from Bonn, Germany; Jenkins Johnson Gallery from New York and San Francisco; Paci Contemporary from Brescia, Italy; Swedish Photography from Stockholm and Berlin; Taka Ishii Gallery from Tokyo; and Von Lintel Gallery from New York and Los Angeles.
