New York Art Center is a roughly 9,000–13,000-square-foot space at 373 Broadway and 7 Franklin Place, housing six galleries and around 11–15 exhibitor booths, including Townley Gallery and Gallery 104. It's known for its monthly "Tribeca Art Walk," where artists, curators, and collectors mingle across the galleries, alongside the twice-yearly NYAFAIR art fair.
