Zanine 100 years - Form and Resistance

The Museum of Modern Art of Rio de Janeiro presented the exhibition “Zanine 100 years - Form and Resistance”, with 18 works made by the renowned architect, designer, artist, landscaper, and professor José Zanine Caldas (1919 -2001), focusing on his in-depth research of Brazilian woods. Curated by Tulio Mariante, design curator of MAM, the selected works integrated Zanine's emblematic and fruitful production between the late 1960s and the 1980s.
